1. 用途:

4 . 一般电动工具安全规则:

6. 除漆:
1)不要用本工具去除含铅的油漆。剥落的油漆、油漆残渣及烟雾可能含铅,而铅乃有毒物质。一旦积存在表面,

8 . 使用说明:

8.1 开启和关闭:

4. Safety Rules for General Electric Tools:
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to use or operate as described below will result in electric shock, fire and/ or

4.2 Electrical safety:
1)The plug of electric tools must match the socket. Do not refit the plug in any way. Any changeover plug must not be used for electric

4.3 Personal safety:

5. Additional Safety Rules for Hot Air Gun:
1)Do not put your hand on the air inlet or block the air inlet in any form.
2)During the use, the temperature of nozzles and fittings of the tool becomes very high. Touch it after these parts are cooled down.
3)Please be sure to shut off the power supply before putting the tool down.
4)Do not leave the tool in an unattended state during the operation.
5)A hot air gun can cause a fire if it is not used carefully.
6)Do not use a hot air gun in humid area or areas with flammable or explosive gases.
7)Store the hot air gun after it is cooled down.
8)Ensure the proper ventilation, as the toxic smoke may be generated during the use of hot air guns.
9)Do not use it as a hair dryer.
10)Do not block the air inlet or outlet, otherwise the hot air gun may be damaged due to overheating.
11)Do not hold a hot air gun towards anyone.
12)Do not touch the metal air outlet. It will be very hot in use and also be hot within 30 minutes after the tool is off.
13)Do not put the hot air gun close to any object in use or immediately after use.
14)Do not allow anything to fall into the nozzle to avoid electric shock. The tool will produce high temperature when operating, thus do
not look down on the nozzle when starting up.
15)Keep the paint off the movable scraper at the air outlet, otherwise, the paint will burn after a while.
6. Removal of Paint:
1)Do not use the tool to remove the lead-based paint. The fallen paint, paint residue and smoke may contain lead which is a toxic
substance. Once left on the surface, hand-to-mouth contact may make you swallow lead. Very few of lead can even cause incurable
damage to brain and nervous system, and children and fetuses are more vulnerable.
2)Ensure that the site is closed when removing paint; and use a dust mask.
3)Do not burn the paint. Use a scraper and keep the distance between the air outlet and surface subject to paint removal at least 25
cm. If scraping the paint along a vertical direction, scrape it down to avoid falling into the hot air gun and burning it.
4)After the completion, thoroughly clean the site and remove the paint chips in a safe manner.

8. Instructions:
1)Always comply with safety instructions and applicable regulations.
2)When using the tool with one hand, do not place the other hand in the vent before operation.
3)Install the correct fittings for the applied target.
4)Set the required air temperature.
8.1 Start and close:
1)Push the switch to I/II to start the hot air gun. At the beginning of start, there will be a small amount of smoke from the hot air gun,
this is normal.
2)Adjust the temperature to the minimum for cooling, and then push the switch to 0 to close the hot air gun. Cool down the hot air
gun before moving or storage.
8.2 Settings of temperature and air volume:

8.3 Removal of Paint:
1)Install the correct fittings.
2)Set a high air temperature.
3)Start the hot air gun.
4)Direct the hot air gun at the paint to be removed.
5)When the paint is softened, scrape the paint off with a scraper.
Warning:
Do not remove the membrane paper of windows with metal frames by the hot air gun since the high temperature will be
transferred to the glass, which may make the glass burst. A scraper can be used to remove the membrane paper of windows
with frames of other materials
Warning:
Do not spray hot air at a point for too long time with the hot air gun to prevent surface combustion
Warning:
Avoid accumulating the paint on scraper fittings as it may be ignited. Carefully remove the paint from the scraper fittings with
a knife if necessary
8.4 Stationary use:
This tool can also be used in stationary patterns:
1)Place the tool on the workbench.
2)Fix the power wires in case the tool is detached from the workbench.
3)Be careful when starting the tool.

Make sure the nozzle is always pointed away from the user and any spectator

8.5 Cooling:
During the use, the temperature of nozzles and fittings becomes very high. Cool these parts before moving or storing the tool:

The electric tool does not need extra lubrication.

1 )Keep the vent of the machine clean to prevent motor overheating.
2)Clean the housing with soft cloth regularly. It is best to clean it after each use.
