当锁环处于锁定位置时请勿转动手柄，否则易损坏调节装置。

1解锁 :单手握住手柄，并向下拉动锁环。
如何设置扭力值 ？
- 在 20%-100% 的量程范围内保证正向 ±3% 日 的精度 ; 符 合 ANSI/ASMEB107.14M 及 EN ISO 6789:
2003 标准。
- 每只扳手出厂前，均附有出厂校验报告

2转动手柄，直至手柄上部的“O”刻度与所需设定的扭力值对应的中线重合。

若需将扭力设置为 94Nm。首先下拉锁环并转动手柄，直至杆身上的垂直刻度读数显示为“90”同时水平刻
度的“0”位应与刻度中心线重和。然后继续顺时针旋转手柄，直至刻度“4" 与刻度中心线重合。此时所设
定的扭力值为 90+4 ＝94N.m。

请勿超出扭力扳手的使用范围设置扭力。
- 调节扭力前，请确认已下拉锁环使扭力扳手处于可调节状态。
- 当扭力扳手处于锁定状态时请勿随意转动手柄调节扭力，以免内部精密部件损坏。
- 为了确保世达扭力扳手的精度，首次使用或长期未使用的扭力扳手再次使用时，请务必在高扭力 (最大输
出扭力的 90%) 的状态下先操作 5-10 次，以使内部的精密部件能得到润滑剂的充分润滑，从而保 ±3% 的精度。
- 确保正确握紧手柄的姿势。握紧手柄，而不是扳手的杆身 ,然后平稳的水平施力。使用时应缓慢平稳地施
力，严禁施加冲击力。您施加的冲击力，除了会对扭力扳手本身造成伤害以外，还会导致实际输出扭力
值大大超出设定的扭力值，从而损坏螺母或工件。
正确的施力方法是 ;将正确规格的扳手头安装上扭力扳手，然后将扳手头置于需要紧固的工件上，不可倾
斜。施力时，手紧握住铝合金手柄中部，并以垂直于扭力扳手头和紧固件所在的共同平面的水平方向施力。
以下使用注意事项，请务必在使用中遵守

在均匀地增加施力时，必须保持扭力扳手头和紧固件垂直 (如图所示 )，
以保证扭力扳手发出咔哒声时读数的准确性。
- 切勿在达到预置扭力后继续施力，当听到“咔哒”声响后应立即停止施力以保证
输出扭力的精度。如继续施力，除了会对扳手的内部零件造成损害以外，还会导致
由于扭力值超出设定值而造成对螺母和工件的损害。
当扳手设在较低扭力值时，发出的咔哒声会轻与在高扭力值发出的声响。因此在
输出低扭力值时，应集中注意力，特别留意咔哒声响。
- 为了保证输出扭力精度，不可在扭力扳手尾端加接加力管。
- 世达扭力扳手作为精密测量工具，不建议使用其去拆卸已经锁紧的螺栓或螺母。

使用扭力扳手时，切勿倾斜扳手手柄。倾斜扳手手柄易导致扭力值偏差
甚至损坏紧固件。
拧紧螺母时，请注意均匀平衡施力于扭力扳手柄上 (如图所示 )。随着阻力
的不断增加，施力的速度应当相应的放缓。

- 为了保证精度，世达扭力扳手应在使用一年以后或使用 5000 次以后进行校验。
所有的扭力扳手均应定期校验以保证精度，非正常使用如过载后的扭力扳手
应该马上进行重新校验。
- 扭力扳手应避免接触水或尘土，切勿将扭力扳手置于液体中以免损坏内部
零件，除非使用间隔期较长，否则每次使用后不需将扭力扳手设置在最低扭力值上。
专业人士使用
扭力扳手作为一种高精密的测量仪器，不同于一般手动工具，我们建议有经验的专业人士使用 SATA
世达扭力扳手。非正常使用将会对产品本身，所需紧固的工件以及您的身体造成意外的伤害。
- 用户自购买日 (以发票日期为准 )起90 天内，因材料、工艺引起的损坏，世达提供免费维修或更换配件。
- 免费更换的产品定义为，自购买之日 (以发票日期为准 )起90 天内，并且使用次数低于 5000 次，经扭力
测试仪器检测超出 ±3% 误差标准的产品。
- 误用、滥用等非正常使用造成的产品损坏或精度超出 ±3% 的情况，不属于免费维修校验的范围。
- 经非世达官方授权的维修机构修理过的产品，均不属于免费维修校验的范围。

Do not turn the handle when the lock ring is locked. Otherwise the adjustment device will be damaged.
Note
1Unlock: Hold the handle with one hand and pull down the lock ring.
How to set the torque value ?
2Turn the handle until the “O”scale on the top of handle coincides with the center line
corresponding to the desired torque value.

3If the required torque value is between the upper and lower limits, continue rotating
the handle and hold the pull-down lock ring until the sum of vertical value and horizontal
value is equal to the required torque value.
4Release the lock ring to complete the setting of torque value.

To set the torque to 94Nm. First pull down the lock ring and turn the handle until the vertical scale reading on the rod shows “90”
while the “0”position of horizontal scale is equal to the centerline of scale. Then continue to rotate the handle clockwise until
the mark "4" coincides with the centerline of scale. The torque value at this time is 90+4=94 N.m.

SATA torque wrenches are manufactured with precision components. The abnormal use may affect not only your
work life and also the service life and accuracy of product and the warranty service we provide to you.
Before operating the wrench, be sure to pull the lock ring to unlock it.

- Select the applicable torque wrench as needed. SATA torque wrench is available in a variety
of models and specifications.

Do not set the torque beyond the application range of torque wrench.
- Before adjusting the torque, confirm that the lock ring has been pulled down to make the torque wrench in an adjustable
status.
When the torque wrench is tightened, do not adjust the torque by turning the handle to avoid the damage to internal
precision components.
- To ensure the accuracy of SATA torque wrench, the torque wrench for the first use or after long-term storage shall be
operated 5-10 times in the high torque (90% of the maximum output torque) to make the internal precision parts fully
lubricated with lubricant to maintain ±3% accuracy.
- Make sure the handle is properly gripped. Hold the handle not the wrench rod, and then apply the force horizontally. Apply
the force slowly and smoothly not the impact force. The impact force may not only cause the damage to torque wrench
itself, and also cause the actual output torque value to greatly exceed the set torque value, thereby damaging the nut or
workpiece.
Correct method of applying force is to install the wrench head of correct size on the torque wrench, and then place the
wrench head on the workpiece to be fastened. While applying the force, hold the middle of aluminum alloy handle firmly and
apply the force perpendicular to the common plane where the torque wrench and fastener are located.

- Do not continue applying the force after the preset torque, and immediately stop the
force after hearing the "click" sound to ensure the output accuracy of torque. Continuous
application may not only cause a damage to the internal parts, and also cause a damage to
the nut and workpiece due to the torque value exceeding the set value.
When the wrench is set at the low torque value, the “click”sound will be lighter than
that at the high toque value. Therefore, when outputting a low torque value, pay special attention to the "click" sound.
When the force is applied evenly, the torque wrench head shall be perpendicular
(as shown in the figure) to the fastener to ensure the accuracy of reading when
the torque wrench clicks.

Do not tilt the wrench handle while using it. Tilting the wrench handle easily results in a deviation of torque value or
even a damage to the fastener.
While tightening the nut, be sure to evenly apply a force on the torque wrench (as shown in figure). As the resistance
increases, the application rate shall slow down accordingly.

- Do not add a force application tube at the end of torque wrench to ensure the output accuracy of torque.
- As a precision measuring tool, it is not recommended to remove the bolt or nut that has been tightened with SATA torque
wrench.
- SATA torque wrench shall be verified after one year of use or after 5000 uses to ensure the accuracy.
All torque wrenches shall be periodically verified to ensure the accuracy. The wrench which have been used abnormally e.g.
under the overload shall be verified immediately.
- Torque wrench shall not contact with water or dirt. Do not place the torque wrench in the liquid to avoid the damage of
internal parts. Unless the interval is long, do not set the torque wrench at the lowest torque value after use.

For professionals
As a high-precision measuring tool unlike general hand tools, it is recommended that SATA torque wrench is used by
experienced professionals. Abnormal use may cause the accidental damage to the product itself, the workpieces to
be tightened and your health.

Warranty of torque wrench
- For the damage due to the material or process defects within 90 days after the date of purchase by user (subject to the
invoice date), SATA will provide the repair or replace the parts for free.
- The free replacement means that the product which has been used less than 5,000 times and of which the accuracy is
below ±3% according to the test instrument may be replaced within 90 days after the date of purchase (based on the invoice
date).
- The product damage or accuracy above ±3% caused by misuse, abuse, accident or failure to follow the precautions are not
covered by the free repair and calibration.
- The products repaired by third parties other than the SATA officially authorized service organizations are not covered by the
free repair and calibration.
