This product is designed and tested in accordance with international standards.
The use of this product is limited to those applications it is designed for.
This manual is applicable to different specications of the charging station.
Some of these specications may not be applicable to your charging station.
Installation, maintenance and repairs of this product are only to be performed
by qualied personnel. Incorrect installation or repairs may cause hazardous
situations for the user of this product.
The product is used in combinations with a power source.
Always switch off power before any maintenance activity.
The product does not contain any component that can be maintained
by the user.
Do not put this product in operation when the cover is not in position.
Be sure that the product is only used in the correct operating conditions.
Transport and storage
Make sure that the main voltage is disconnected before storing or transporting
this product. EVBox is not responsible for any damage that occurs if the
product is transported in a different packaging other
than the original. Store the product in a dry environment; the storage
temperature must be between –20°C and +60°C.

fully CE certied and compliant with the essential requirements of EMC Directive

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR HOMELINE
1 LED indication
EVBox was the innovator behind the LED circle. With this system you have an
intelligent status indicator that helps you understand what is happening with
your charging station at any point in time.
2 Card reader
This is the section where you scan your Charging Card or Key fob. The charging
station reads the data from your card to start or stop the charging session. The
Charging Card is a key component of the charging process.
3 Operating system
An EVBox charging station is built in a way that is easy and fast to install, and
comes with a Stand-Alone or Smart Usage system via a GSM/GPRS/GPS/RFID
controller.
4 Cover
The cover is built in a modern design with the best quality components and
housing. It’s vandalism proof, non-inammable and weather proof.
5 Charging connector
The sockets lock the charging cable into the station and ensure a safe and fast
charging. It’s compatible with all types of cables, which can handle capacities
from 3.7kW up to 22kW.

Start charging
1. Plug the charging cable into your car.
2. Hold your charge card (RFID Card) in front of the card reader.
3. The charging station reacts with a beep.
This means that your card is being validated.
4. The charging station’s LED turns blue when it starts charging.
Stop charging
1. Hold your charge card (RFID Card) in front of the card reader.
2. The charging station’s LED turns green when it stops charging.
3. If applicable, unplug the charging cable from your car.

Sign up
Create an account at evbox.com/register. Follow the instructions on the
screen. After signing up, you will receive a conrmation email with a personal
link to activate your account. You will then be able to log into your charging
management platform.
Log in
After activating your account, you will be able to log in with your email address
and password.
Activate your charging station
After logging in, you will be able to activate your charging station(s) via the
menu “Activate station”. You can use your Station-ID and security code to
activate your charging station(s).
Activate your charge card
After logging in, you will be able to activate your charge card(s) via the menu
“Activate card”. Your card number can be found in the back of your card or
key fob.

Zorg dat het product alleen onder de juiste bedrijfsomstandigheden wordt
gebruikt.
Vervoer en opslag
Zorg dat het product tijdens vervoer of opslag is losgekoppeld van
de netspanning. Er kan geen aansprakelijkheid worden aanvaard voor
transportschade indien het product wordt vervoerd in een andere dan
de originele verpakking. Sla het product op in een droge omgeving; de
opslagtemperatuur moet tussen –20°C and +60°C liggen.

LEER UW HOMELINE KENNEN
1 LED indicatie
EVBox was de innovator achter de LED-ring. Met dit systeem beschikt u over
een intelligente statusindicator waarmee u op elk moment de status van het
laadstation kunt aezen.
2 Kaartlezer
Hier houdt u uw laadpas of sleutelhanger voor het laadstation.
Het laadstation leest de gegevens van uw laadpas en start of stopt
de laadsessie. De laadpas is een belangrijk onderdeel in het laadproces.
3 Besturingssysteem
Een EVBox laadstation is snel en gemakkelijk te installeren en wordt geleverd
met een standalone- of smart usage-systeem, via een GSM/GPRS/GPS/
RFID-controller.
4 Cover
De cover is modulair opgebouwd en bestaat uit onderdelen van topkwaliteit.
De cover is vandalismebestendig, onbrandbaar
en in vele kleuren verkrijgbaar.
5 Laadstekker
De laadstekker is de veiligste en meest gebruiksvriendelijke op de markt. De
stekker is compatibel met alle kabeltypen en kan laadvermogens aan van 3,7
tot 22 kW.

Beginnen met opladen
1) Koppel uw auto met de laadkabel aan het laadstation.
2) Houd de laadpas (RFID-kaart) voor de kaartlezer.
Het laadstation laat een hoge toon horen.
Dit geeft aan dat de kaart wordt gevalideerd.
De LED-ring kan een aantal seconden geel knipperen.
3) Het laden start automatisch (de LED-ring is Blauw).
Stoppen met laden
1) Houd de laadpas (RFID-kaart) voor de kaartlezer.
2) Het laden stopt (de LED-ring is GROEN).
3) Indien van toepassing, koppel de laadkabel los van de EVBox
en van uw auto.

Registreer
Maak een account aan via evbox.com/register. Volg de instructies op het
scherm. U ontvangt na aoop een bevestigingsemail met een persoonlijke link
om je account te activeren. U kunt daarna direct inloggen.
Log in
Na het activeren van uw account, kunt u inloggen met uw emailadres en
wachtwoord.
Activeer laadstation
Nadat u bent ingelogt, kunt u via het menu-item “Activate station” (in het
Engels) of “Activeer station” (in het Nederlands) uw laadstation activere.
U kunt het station-ID en de beveiligingscode gebruiken om uw laadstation te
activeren.
Activeer laadpas
Nadat u bent ingelogt, kunt u via het menu-item “Activate card” (in het
Engels) of “Activeer pas” (in het Nederlands) je laadpas activeren. U kunt het
laadpasnummer gebruiken om uw laadpas te activeren. Het laadpasnummer
vindt u op de achterkant van uw laadpas of -sleutelhanger.

maintenance, assurez-vous d’avoir bien coupé le courant.
Le produit ne contient aucun composant dont la maintenance peut être
assurée par l’utilisateur.
Ne mettez pas ce produit en service si la coque de protection n’est pas
en place.
Veillez à ce que le produit soit utilisé uniquement dans les conditions
d’utilisation adéquates.
Transport et entreposage
Assurez-vous que l’alimentation électrique est coupée pendant l’entreposage
ou le transport du produit. Nous ne pourrons pas être tenus pour responsables
des dommages causés pendant le transport si le produit est acheminé dans
un emballage différent de celui d’origine. Stockez le produit au sec ; la
température d’entreposage doit être comprise entre - 20 °C et + 60 °C.

FAITES CONNAISSANCE AVEC VOTRE HOMELINE
1 Signalisation LED
EVBox a conçu l’anneau LED qui entoure le socle de prise de votre
EVBox pour que vous connaissiez à tout moment l’état de
votre borne.
2 Lecteur de carte
Il s’agit de la partie sur laquelle vous passez votre carte ou votre
porte-clés de recharge RFID. La borne EVBox lit les données de
votre passe et démarre ou arrête la charge. La carte de recharge
est un élément clé du processus de charge.
3 Système d’exploitation
La solution de recharge proposée par EVBox a été pensée pour
être facile et rapide à utiliser. Elle s’accompagne d’un contrôleur
autonome ou connecté grâce à ses fonctions GSM/GPRS/GPS/RFID.
4 Design
Le chargeur est conçu de façon modulaire et constitué de composants haut-de-
gamme. Il est able, ininammable et disponible en de nombreuses teintes.
5 Connecteur de recharge
Ce socle est le plus sûr et le plus simple d’utilisation du marché. Il est com-
patible avec une grande variété de câbles et offre une gamme complète de
puissances allant de 3,7 à 22 kW.

Démarrer la charge
1) Utilisez votre câble de recharge pour connecter la borne EVBox
à votre voiture.
2) Passez votre carte de recharge RFID devant le lecteur de carte. La borne de
recharge émet alors un son aigu. Cela indique que votre carte a été validée.
Il peut arriver que l’anneau LED clignote en jaune pendant quelques secondes.
3) La charge démarre automatiquement (l’anneau LED devient bleu).
Arrêter la charge
1) Passez votre carte de recharge RFID devant le lecteur de carte.
2) La charge s’interrompt (l’anneau LED passe au vert).
3) Débranchez le câble de recharge qui relie la borne EVBox à votre voiture.

Inscription
Créer un compte en suivant les consignes à l’adresse suivante :
evbox.com/register. Après vous être inscrit, vous recevrez un email de
conrmation avec un lien pour activer votre compte. Vous pourrez alors vous
connecter à la plateforme de gestion de la recharge.
Connexion
Après l’activation de votre compte, vous pourrez vous connecter avec votre
adresse email et votre mot de passe.
Activation d’une borne de recharge
Lorsque vous êtes connecté(e), vous pouvez activer votre/vos borne(s) de
recharge via le menu “Activer une borne”. Utilisez le numéro d’identication
de votre borne (Station-ID) et le code de sécurité pour activer votre/vos
borne(s) de recharge.
Activation d’un badge de recharge
Lorsque vous êtes connecté(e), vous pouvez activer votre/vos badge(s) de
recharge via le menu “Activer un badge”. Le numéro du badge se trouve au
dos du badge ou du porte-clé.

1 LED-Anzeige

2 Kartenlesegerät

Ladevorgang beginnen
1) Verwenden Sie Ihr Ladekabel, um die EVBox mit Ihrem Auto zu verbinden
