system. The IJ65/IJ75/IJ85 is the result of the expertise and
innovativecapabilitiesofaworldwideNeopostgroupand,using
inkjettechnology,itwillintegrateintoyourworkingenvironment
toenhanceyourmailprocessingoperation.
The IJ65/IJ75/IJ85 has many capabilities that will be important
toyourbusiness:
Aswellasbeingproductive(12,900 itemsperhourformachine
only,and 7,500itemsperhourindynamicscalemode),theIJ65/
IJ75/IJ85isdesignedtobeauser friendly machinethatcanfit
into any working environment with its innovative and attractive
design, simple user settings and very low noise level. The high
volumecapacityandsealedinkcartridgemakesiteasyandsafe
tohandle,andtheuserinterfaceisparticularlyclearwithagraphic
interface,popupmenusand10 memoriestostorefavoritejobs.
TheIJ65/IJ75/IJ85 is adaptable andas such can handlemany
differenttypesofmail.Theoptionalfeedercanbeusedtoprocess,
inacontinuouscycle,itemsofdifferentsizes(rangingfromDLto
C4portraitformat)andthickitems(upto16 mm),withautomatic
imprintshift.Forthickermailitemsorpackages,adhesivelabels
canbeautomaticallydispensed.
The IJ65/IJ75/IJ85 is connectable. It can exchange data with
Neopost scales and printers in order to provide optimal mail
processingandreporting.

STANDARD
In order to comply with standard NFEN60950, this equipment
should be connected to installations in accordance with the
applicable building trade standards. As regards overcurrent
protection of the internal wiring, a two-pole 5 amp protection is
required.Thisequipmentisinaccordancewithstandard55022,
Class A.
MODEM APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS
Thisequipmentcontainsamodemwhichhasbeenapprovedin
accordance with Council Decision 98/482/EC-CTR21 for pan-
European single terminal connection to the Public Switched
TelephoneNetwork(PSTN).However,duetodifferencesbetween
individualPSTNsprovidedindifferentcountries,theapprovaldoes
not, of itself, give an unconditional assurance of successful
operationoneveryPSTNnetworkterminationpoint.
In the event of problems, you should contact your equipment
supplierinthefirstinstance.
INSTALLATION
Themainsplugonthisequipmentisintendedtoserveasthedevice
forisolationofthemainssupply.Theequipmentshouldbeinstalled
incloseproximitytoeasilyaccessiblepowersupplyandtelephone
sockets.

(advert) die impression.

Prior to switching off the machine, be sure to press key
. Turn off the machine only when the standby screen
is displayed (date and time).
This will avoid keeping the ink cartridge in the
unprotected printing position (which may cause the
ink to dry and become unusable).
